Madeline Fraser - Training Administrator (Canberra)
Maddy has experience in administration and business and she has a keen interest in marketing and advertising. She is devoted to providing exceptional customer service and to go the extra mile to be flexible to work with our clients and to help course participants achieve successful completion of their vocational education. Maddy is the first point-of-contact for all phone and general correspondences, and she is primary training administrator for all client courses and our public offer courses.
Heather Gosling - Training Support (Brisbane)
Heather joined PLA in our Canberra Office, later transferring to Brisbane. Her main functions are Student Care and Administration to keep things running smoothly in the background during training courses. Heather has a background of Customer care and enjoys being with and assisting people, aiming to make everyone feel welcome and relaxed. Her background is mostly Retail and Administration, she enjoyed 20 years of running Departmental Stores, achieving and exceeding targets. Receiving many awards for Customer Service Excellence.
Kelly Lyndon - Training Support (Brisbane)
Kelly comes from many years in customer service. Kelly ran her own successful business in Victoria before relocating to Queensland. She works hard behind the scenes to help make sure all training is delivered to the highest possible standard. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring clients gain the desired outcomes from their training with us. Kelly is the Queensland office training admin and makes sure everything runs smooth.
Narelle Muller - Training Support (Canberra)
Narelle has over 15 years experience in delivering exceptional events and administrative support to senior executives. She is a certified administrative professional committed to quality performance, cognitive thinking, management and prioritisation of organisational goals. Narelle establishes and maintains good relationships with members, key stakeholders, clients and staff. She is a good team player who is always happy to take on new tasks and accountabilities to assist in delivering the desired outcome.

Lisa Williams - Facilitator / Consultant / Executive Coach
Lisa has over 15 years as a senior management within the public and private sector. She is a certified coach with a passion for helping people and groups through personal and professional coaching. She has coached and mentored professionals in management, leadership development, change management, and group dynamics. In addition to her facilitation and consulting responsibilities, she can conduct one-on-one or group coaching sessions within our Canberra office.
Doug Mitchell - Facilitator / Consultant
Doug has an extensive background in engineering, project management, business and education. He has received many commendations and recognition for his work throughout his military and civilian careers, including being awarded the Conspicuous Service Cross in the 2001 Australia Day Honours List. Doug is a specialist in government procurement, contract management, leadership development, business and project management.
Dr. Elaine Roberts - Facilitator
Elaine has run a successful consulting business for over 19 years providing services to a Government, Non-Government and private Organisations. Previously she held key Senior Management positions in Government introducing reform and change to the Education and Rail sectors. More recently Elaine developed highly successful training programs for both business and schools to improve outcomes for the wider community.
Brett Lyndon - Facilitator / Consultant
Brett has over a decade of knowledge and experience in project management, procurement, logistics, leadership development, and management. After his career in the Australian Defence Force as an instructor, he transitioned into adult education and has been a facilitator for over 5 years. Brett is a specialist in government procurement, contract management and project management with a keen focus on leadership development.
John Jacobi - Facilitator / Consultant
John has over 20 years of knowledge and experience in procurement, project management and material logistics. He has spent 32 years as an Officer in the Royal Australian Navy in a number of appointments including command, engineering and logistics, instruction and project management in Australia and the USA. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) and he is a Certified Practising Project Director and a certified AIPM assessor. John is a specialist in government procurement, contract management, leadership development and project management.
Kris Wozniak - Facilitator
Kris has over a decade of skills and experience in procurement and contract management with a specialisation in strategic procurement, category management, procurement transformation and education. Kris has an indigenous background and has worked in numerous indigenous projects of various significance.
Karen Fischbach - Facilitator
During Karens career she has held high level, Program and Project Management roles, across various Government Departments and most recently (since 2013) with non-government organisations. During this time Karen experienced immense success delivering successful projects and recognition for her contributions to front-line disaster management protocols. Karens extensive career has evolved and now allows her to share her experience and knowledge as a Consultant and Educator in Project Management.
