Phil Sealy

Chief Executive Officer / Principal Facilitator / Principal Consultant / Executive Coach

Phil has over 20 years of knowledge and experience in business management, project/program management, contract management, government procurement, leadership development, public sector management, and he has an extensive career in ICT across all levels of the Australian Government, private organisations and not-for-profit organisations. Phil is the Queensland Chapter President and Fellow of the AIPM, and he is a member of the International Coach Guild with the recognition as a certified coach. In 2017, Phil won the 2017 ACT VET Trainer/Teacher of the Year award for his contributions towards the VET sector. Phil is the Managing Director and business owner of two Australian companies and he is also the Principal Facilitator, Principal Consultant, Business Strategist, and a certified Executive Coach and Mentor.

Jacqueline Sealy

Chief Operating Officer / Principal Consultant

Jacqui has over 15 years of knowledge and experience in ICT, government procurement, project management, and business management in all levels of the Australian Government, private organisations and not-for-profit organisations. Jacqui is a business owner and she leads the operation in both Canberra and Brisbane, including finance management, contract management, and resource management.

Madeline Fraser

Training Administrator

Maddy has experience in administration and business and she has a keen interest in marketing and advertising. She is devoted to providing exceptional customer service and to go the extra mile to be flexible to work with our clients and to help course participants achieve successful completion of their vocational education. Maddy is the first point-of-contact for all phone and general correspondences, and she is primary training administrator for all client courses and our public offer courses.

Anna Mongan

Business Development Manager / Account Manager

Anna has over 10 years of RTO experience, including customer relationship and management experience, and she has a keen interest in human resource management. She is a people-person with great attention to detail, and she has developed great working relationships with our clients through trust and understanding. Anna is the person to speak to about new work proposals, tendering, and new business development.

Lisa Williams

Facilitator / Consultant / Executive Coach

Lisa has over 15 years as a senior management within the public and private sector. She is a certified coach with a passion for helping people and groups through personal and professional coaching. She has coached and mentored professionals in management, leadership development, change management, and group dynamics. In addition to her facilitation and consulting responsibilities, she can conduct one-on-one or group coaching sessions within our Canberra office.

Brett Lyndon

Facilitator / Consultant

Brett has over a decade of knowledge and experience in project management, procurement, logistics, leadership development, and management. After his career in the Australian Defence Force as an instructor, he transitioned into adult education and has been a facilitator for over 5 years. Brett is a specialist in government procurement, contract management and project management with a keen focus on leadership development.

John Jacobi

Facilitator / Consultant

John has over 20 years of knowledge and experience in procurement, project management and material logistics. He has spent 32 years as an Officer in the Royal Australian Navy in a number of appointments including command, engineering and logistics, instruction and project management in Australia and the USA. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) and he is a Certified Practising Project Director and a certified AIPM assessor. John is a specialist in government procurement, contract management, leadership development and project management.

Doug Mitchell

Facilitator / Consultant

Doug has an extensive background in engineering, project management, business and education. He has received many commendations and recognition for his work throughout his military and civilian careers, including being awarded the Conspicuous Service Cross in the 2001 Australia Day Honours List. Doug is a specialist in government procurement, contract management, leadership development, business and project management.

Kris Wozniak


Kris has over a decade of skills and experience in procurement and contract management with a specialisation in strategic procurement, category management, procurement transformation and education. Kris has an indigenous background and has worked in numerous indigenous projects of various significance.
