Dealing with difficult people

In today’s diverse and fast-paced workplace, the ability to navigate challenging interpersonal situations is an invaluable skill. “Dealing with Difficult People” is a comprehensive course designed to equip participants with the tools and strategies needed to effectively handle a wide range of challenging personalities and workplace scenarios. This course focuses on enhancing interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence, enabling individuals to turn difficult interactions into opportunities for growth and collaboration.

• CHCDIV001 – Work with diverse people

The course is completed in three (3) full days. 

Course participants can attend this course in-person, on client site or on a Pro Leaders’ Training Centre, or virtually via live streaming.  Pro Leaders’ Training Centres can provide a blended approach that allows course participants to either attend the same course virtually or in-person.

Course participants must have a functional level of English and have the capacity for independent learning and group work.
