This skill set addresses the skills and knowledge to support innovative practices for a range of purposes required within or external to an organisation.

This skill set is designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to champion and facilitate innovative practices, whether it be for internal organisational needs or in external partnerships. Innovation is a driving force behind staying competitive and relevant in today’s dynamic business landscape. This program empowers professionals to foster a culture of creativity and problem-solving, encouraging novel approaches to address a variety of organisational challenges and external collaborations. Completion of this skill set contributes to BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business (Leadership, Business Operations) and BSB40320 Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business.

The course is completed in four (4) full days. 

Course participants can attend this course in-person, on client site or on a Pro Leaders’ Training Centre, or virtually via live streaming.  Pro Leaders’ Training Centres can provide a blended approach that allows course participants to either attend the same course virtually or in-person.
