These units of competency from the PSP Public Sector Training Package provide a set of skills for those undertaking coaching and mentoring of others in the public sector.

The course is completed in two (2) full days. 

Course participants can attend this course in-person, on client site or on a Pro Leaders’ Training Centre, or virtually via live streaming.  Pro Leaders’ Training Centres can provide a blended approach that allows course participants to either attend the same course virtually or in-person.

Specific Requirements

No formal education required, however some exposure to professional workplace environment is advantageous. 

General Requirements

Course participants must have a functional level of English and have the capacity for independent learning and group work.
