Risk Management

Understand the principles of risk management with our two-day short course. Managing risk is something we do every day and is pivotal when running a business regardless of industry. This short course can serve as a grounding for those looking to get into the field or those looking for a refresher. Over the two day online virtual training period you will learn how to contribute to risk planning, analysis, and outcomes as well as how to review risk and risk control plans and activities. As this course is non-accredited successful completion means you will receive a Certificate of Completion.

This course is non-accredited. Students are awarded a Certificate of Completion upon satisfactory completion of this course.

Satisfactory completion includes daily attendance of the course, completion of both classroom and individual activities, and contribution towards discussions and group work.

This course runs for two (2) full days. 

Course delivery can be either in-person or facilitator-led online. In-person training can occur at a client site or our Brisbane or Canberra training centres. Our training centres can provide a blended approach allowing students to attend the same course virtually or in person.

Specific Requirements

No formal education is required. However, some exposure to projects within a commercial environment is preferred.

General Requirements

Students must have a functional level of English and the capability for both independent learning and group work.
