The Advanced Diploma of Procurement and Contracting will cover the management of complex procurement, or high-risk, high-value procurement, to minimise risk at the organisational level. At this level, a strategic approach will be taken to plan, coordinate, and manage procurement activities through to the contract stage. Not only will you be managing procurement, but you will also lead these changes to ensure performance is maintained and that they meet the objectives of the organisation.

Upon satisfactory completion of this course, course participants will be awarded with the PSP60616 Advanced Diploma of Procurement and Contracting qualification.
Satisfactory completion includes daily attendance of the course, completion of both classroom and individual assessment, and contribution towards discussions and group work.
Classroom training is delivered over twelve (12) full days, generally over four blocks of training, within a 2-3 month period.
Course participants can attend this course in-person, on client site or on a Pro Leaders’ Training Centre, or virtually via live streaming. Pro Leaders’ Training Centres can provide a blended approach that allows course participants to either attend the same course virtually or in-person.
For those with experience and/or related prior learning, we offer Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
Specific Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of Australian Government experience in a manager or executive position, with exposure to government procurement AND/OR holds a Diploma of Procurement and Contracting.
General Requirements
Course participants must have a functional level of English and have the capacity for independent learning and group work.
