A Unique Student Identifier (USI) is a unique code that is allocated to anyone undertaking a Nationally Recognised Qualification or Statement of Attainment. This is mandatory Government requirement effective 1 January 2015. The USI will allow an individual to access a complete record of vocational training results from all providers including all completed training units and qualifications.

From 2015, all existing and new students require a Unique Student Identifier (USI) before they can be issued with an AQF Qualification or Statement of Attainment.

Qualifications course – No

Short Courses – Yes

For our qualifications courses we split the course into multiple blocks. Please view the course dates or view the course duration to see how we have divided the course. 

For our short courses under 4 days we do teach that in 1 block or consecutive days.

A full day is approximately 8 hours.

We generally run our courses from 9am to 5pm. We do have 3 breaks during the day for:

• Morning Tea
• Lunch 
• Afternoon Tea

In most cases no work is required to be done outside of the classroom. 

If you happen to request for an extension, it is then required for you to complete the work in your own time. 

We teach our courses holistically and not unit by unit. 

We ensure that all training and assessments are comprehensively covered.

We use Zoom for our communication service.

You can join our zoom sessions via your browser however we find that for a more stable connection and seamless experience, it is best to download the zoom program or application on your device.
