Canberra based Trainer/Facilitator

About the role:

This role will fill a vacancy left behind by one of the Canberra team following their interests into other areas of expertise. Our experienced team of Trainer/Facilitators are looking for someone looking to share their workplace knowledge of government procurement and Projects to help our clients to achieve better project and procurement outcomes for various levels of government and private organisations.

This integral role will see you instruct, train and facilitate the learning journey for Government and private employees at various levels to follow legislated procurement guidelines to achieve improved value for money solutions. You will be a member of a high performing team who are passionate about the role they play in helping Government entities deliver community benefit.

What essential skills and experience will you need to be successful and thrive in this role?

  • Experience in Government Procurement and/or Project Management.
  • Demonstrated experience as a leader and instructor/training specialist in an adult learning environment.
  • Demonstrated experience as a self-starter with the ability to work alone.
  • TAE40116 Cert IV Training and assessment or higher.
  • PSP40616 Cert IV Procurement and Contract Management or higher.
  • BSB51415 Diploma of Project Management or higher (Highly Regarded).
